Great location, great facilities, excellent service, all round a great place to stay and a great experience for the whole family. Moni was great at the front desk really took care of us as was Maria in housekeeping always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. All the staff at the pool and sports facility as well as all the amazing and wonderful restaurants and spa. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Abu Dhabi without any hesitation. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful. We can't wait to visit again soon.

Everything was good. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to choose from. The pool was also fantastic – perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

This hotel was just wow! Spotless clean, amazing and helpful staff, many facilities. The room was equipped with anything you need for comfy stay - cosmetic, slippers, iron and ironing board, safe, fridge, free water etc etc etc....Wifi working very well. 10 stars rating is not enough 😁 Location is amazing - connected with Abu Dhabi shopping mall. And try one of their restaurants!

Breakfast was good, room size is good and view is also good. Staff were also very good. Abin was really nice and one of the guys (forgot the name) even helped me retrieve my mobile in the valet parking. Staff even gave cake for my mother's bday.

The breakfast is really, really amazing. Chefs make fried eggs any way you like. Chefs make pancakes for you with whipped cream and strawberry's. There is Asian cuisine, there are all kinds of pastry, there are always multiple cakes (the banana cakes is delicious). There are baked tomatoes, mushrooms, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, diced fruit, whole fruit, orange juice, banana smoothies, beetroot juice, soy milk, all types of yoghurts and serials, all kinds of buns and bread. There is also local cuisine... There is also a salad bar with smoked salmon and all kinds of cheeses... There is even more than I listed and all is really really perfect .. and this is only breakfast. The gym and pool are huge and clean and very well maintained. As is the garden and beach. This is really an oasis IN the city. You can enter the Abu Dhabi mall directly from the hotel...

The promised watery parts were very good. Pool area is large, well maintaining and refreshing. Greatest separate kiddie pool. Beach is sort of a safe, kid friendly creekside sand bar. For the location, it is what it is. Breakfast was wide n fresh n varied. Staff were exceptional. Checkin to luggage to technical support n restaurants. Given the excruciating heat the balconies were seldom used. It will be a much nicer experience in the cooler months as one of our rooms on the 18th floor offered fantastic views from the sit out, which we could hardly use due to the weather
